To modify Chris Matthew’s “thrill up my leg” quote: “The thrill is more like a chill up my spine!”

Not only that but it was just announced today that Supreme court Justice Souter has revealed he is retiring! It appears that, even though he was appointed by the first president Bush and he routinely voted with the more liberal judges on the court.  Another RINO?  Just let your mind wander on that one for awhile.  The only thing worse than appointing a liberal judge and having a majority in the Senate to confirm the appointment is that the appointee will most likely be a young one with thirty to forty years on the court!
