Two links to videos explains it all.  The first is a hand-held recording of a speech given by Jon Voight.  The video is pretty jerky but the audio comes through loud and clear:

I just want to say: we need to pray for these fine men, along with others, that have decided to follow in the footsteps of our fore fathers when signing the Declaration Of Independence, declaring “their fortunes, their lives and their sacred honor” in defending this great country of ours!
