Trick Or Treat?
Seems that the Obama administration’s latest attempt to drum up support for his health care reform bill involved bringing 150 doctors to the White House Rose Garden for a photo op who are in agreement with the president. Unfortunately, many of them didn’t remember to wear their white lab coats, so the president’s staff had to hastily find lab coats and hand them out to those who forgot theirs before the cameras began to roll. I have to ask: is this more of the same from a president constantly in campaign mode by handing out uniforms, thus providing a visual “support” of “professional looking doctors” in his effort to overhaul our health care system? And, if that is the case, are we just being tricked again to believe something that is not true. Come on Mr. president, stop treating us like a bunch of kids out trick or treating! We can see right through the costumes.
