Where’s The Press?
Actually, the link to an article with video capturing Patrick Kennedy going off about the lack of news coverage regarding the war in Afghanistan has had an opposite effect on me. While he is ranting about why we are even over there fighting and how we need to ‘bring the troops home’, it brought to mind something I am sure others are thinking: exactly where is the press regarding the war now that Obama is president? They couldn’t cover it enough when Bush was in office! So, I agree with Mr. Kennedy, but for the opposite reason.
Where is the press? Most likely, just like Obama, they are still in ‘campaign mode’……
