Nopenhagen: The Truth is Missing From the Climate Debate
Here is a compelling article link to PJTV calling all scientists to do their job and stop the politicians in their tracks:
If the data don’t fit, you must acquit!
Van Jones Resigns
Now that Van Jones has resigned, we need to ask ourselves: what took so long? Or, even more pertinent a question: how did he get this far to begin with? It is becoming increasingly clear that the current administration reflects a radical agenda, far removed from mainstream America. Even many of Obama’s early supporters, including some Democrats, are beginning to “see the light” regarding his Saul Alinsky style of government.
The following article link gives a concise overview as to how Jones got to where he is (or was) and what we need to do next:
http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2009/09/06/phil-kerpen-van-jones-resign/
In particular are quotes from Phil Kerpen, such as:
“The mainstream media completely ignored the controversy, but the Internet kicked into high gear…”
“Green jobs are not economic jobs but political jobs, designed to funnel vast sums of taxpayer money to left-wing labor unions, environmental groups, and social justice community organizers.”
“…we need to follow through with two critical policy victories. First, stop cap-and-trade, which could send these Green groups trillions, and second repeal the unspent portion of the stimulus bill, which stands to give them billions.”
There are so many issues to address here. First, I must admit to being a Fox News advocate. Not necessarily because they have all the answers, but because they are about the only news service willing to cover issues such as this. Therefore, I make no apologies to the numerous links I make to their web site. I only wish I could find the pertinent information more wide spread. Fortunately, the bloggers are “on the job” as well.
Secondly, we can’t let up. This is only the tip of the Obama Iceberg. It runs much deeper than one man. It is very apparent that he is just a front for a much more sinister “behind the scenes” cartel. And this has been going on way before Obama was even born. We must stay vigilant without becoming vigilantes. It is the only hope this country has if we are to survive as a sovereign nation.
And, make no mistake, “they” are all about destroying sovereignty because, should “they” succeed, it won’t just be this country that “changes”. Quite literally, I believe for some, “they” will not be happy until “they” control the whole world. To drive home that thought, does the phrase “New World Order” ring a bell? That’s right: it has been spoken by both Democrats and Republicans; two sides of the same coin?
Global Warming Is The New Religion
Here is a link to a very interesting and provocative article based on a new book entitled “Heaven and Earth — Global Warming: The Missing Science” by Ian Plimer who is a geologist and professor of mining geology at Adelaide University in Australia.

Give it a good read. It points out, among other things, two ideas I happen to agree with.
One, that we as a prosperous society are being made to feel we have committed some grievous “sin” against the earth and must “repent” through changing our lifestyle of prosperity and success, as well as pay “penance” to the “church” of global warmists (does this sound at all familiar in the arena of Religion?) in order to be “forgiven” by means of cap and trade laws (among other “pending” fees and taxes).
Two, that throughout the history of this planet there have been ice ages and global warming ages and that the global warming periods were much more agreeable to a better life than the ice ages were.
But, read the article. It puts it into perspective far better than I could…..
